there are fuses in 2 places on a 106. the first being in the glove compartment in the top left corner hidden under a piece of material, and the other being in a waterproof box to the right of the engine.

There aren't any, the PS is hydraulic, a pump pipes and oil
You should check the fuses in passenger bay and also under the bonet, where the fuses box is, if fuses are ok, if not change them
