West highland white terriers are very sweet dogs with good temperments. They are a great family dog. Thay are all white and grow really long hair. They also live for a very long time. They are not one of those dogs that just runs and hides they are very affectionate and love to be around people. They love to sit in your lap and be petted. The only thing that you don't wan to do is hurt them or be mean to them. Now, some Westies are not as low maitnence, but they each have their personalities. If I were to suggest a dog I would suggest a Westie.
Of course as a puppy they look different..
My Welsh Terrier pup is now 5 months old and when i got her she was 2 months. They are very scruffy and dark coloring As puppies they are mainly black with brown around their face and legs. They are a little smaller then medium sized dogs. Their ears don't stick up but they are not droopy. Black/brown eyes and the cutest snout :)
As adults they look quit different. Still very adorable though !!! Much more brown. There faces and bodies are mainly light brown all over. Although they have a black saddle like patch on their back. Their face features stay the same though their snouts grow longer in proportion.
Welsh Terriers looks are very distinguished ad they make great dogs :)

If you have children it's good only when raised from puppyhood
Extremely, especially the puppies!

JFK's dog was a Welsh terrier.
I'm Not exactly sure, but the closest i can get is the skye terrier. The Skye Terrier has short legs like the welsh corgi, unlike the dog in Karate Dog.
A lakeland terrier looks similar to an Airedale but much smaller.

It depends. My dog is a mix of Labrador Retriver and Welsh Terrier, and she has thin, black lips. If you have a small dog, most likely a Lhaso Apso or Shih Tzu, they won't
hello i have a whippet cross fox terrier. we were told he was pure bred, but upon closer research he is not pure bred. looks similair to a foxy, but a rather thin sparse coat like a whippet. has strong back legs, fox terrier face but a whippet snout. Very energetic dog, but prone to separation anxiety. An inside dog, not a kennel dog. very loving :) look it up on Google, "fox terrier whippet cross" on images. one there looks very similaiar to my doggie :)
Yes, it is a terrier-like toy breed of dog.
