1-8-4-3 6-5-7-2 for small block Chevy
The 305 Chevy could not fire for several reasons. The crank sensor could be bad, the coil could have failed or there could be a loss of power to the ignition circuit.
Check out your control module under your distribtor cap.
This question needs to be clarified. What block and heads do you want to install? Chevy, Pontiac, Olds....which one?
All stock Chevy small blocks are 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 this includes your 87 fire bird if it is a v8
Yes they do. All small and big block chevys have the same firing order up to the year 2000 and then GM. changed it. 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
how do you do the timing for a 350 small block] The FIRING ORDER is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2, that is, the sequence the cylinders fire in. #1 is on the driver's side front, #2 is on the passenger side front, and so on, back and forth. the correct ignition timing should be 4 degrees before top dead center.
yes! the coil is what sends fire to your plugs
There are HEI distributors with remote coils and caps that will fit. I had to modify the fire wall in a couple similar installs, the customers did not want the engine moved.
Generaly if a wood block is not touching a flaming block or a block that can be set on fire, the chances of the wood catching on fire is very low (although still possible)
Firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6. Rotor turns clockwise.
what is the diagram for a 4.3 Chevy blazer 1998 and the firing order vehicle is fuel injected
