Please help I am joining a Raquetball Team In January and it is December 16th i need to lose weight i weigh 264 and I am 14 years old?
Plan a nutritious diet and stick to it without exception - no snacking! Any physical activity that you perform, even if it only going for a walk, will help to burn calories. You may very well be unable to make your target by January, however, you can reach your target eventually, if you are self-disciplined. Playing racquetball will also help since that is also exercise. You may have to join the team while you are still overweight, but you should be able to improve.
