The Unknown Dungeon (also known as Tag Mode) is a wireless feature of Blue Rescue Team which allows you to explore a dungeon when you encounter another person who has their Tag Mode setting on as well. When Tag Mode is activated and a link between two people is made, your leader Pokemon will go into a random dungeon and complete it like any other mission. For some strange reason, you will not be able to see your Pokemon navigate through this Unknown Dungeon and will only get the results of its endeavors. During your Pokemon's (automatic) exploration of the Unknown Dungeon, it may befriend/recruit particular Popkemon and find rare items which are otherwise unavaliable. Once its exploration it complete, your Pokemon will return and a message detailing what it has achieved will appear. Tag Mode can be activated from the main menu. Once it is turned on, you do not need to do anything else but wait as the linking and exploration is completely automatic.

It does not end after you have finished the story mode you then just play on normally saving people and unlocking new dungeons and Pokemon. it ends when you are all at a cliff or something like that and you disappear and come back in space after that it says do you like being a Pokemon and you reappear back at the cliff
