umm..... i do know that there is 1 ar code for complete national pokedex. but there is no such thing as to complete the first pokedex you get from perfesser oak (first time seeing him). so if you are talking about national. then there is 1 on neoseeker.com. but if you are talking about johto. then well srry. but u can try searching for 1 by urself. good luck.
