∙ 12y agoSo far I know there are 3 cheats to use without an action rplay.
1: Go to Canalave city to visit sick boy in bed, go to the sailer you usually go to, to go to Iron Island. Once you get there you can talk to Cresselia and she will run off. ( You have to have the national Poke'dex!)
2: Battle the Unkowns 100 times to battle Celebi.
3: Collect every single Unkown to unlock Unkowns ? and !.
