either the fuses are bad or there is a short in the wiring from the deck to the speakers. or one of the fuses have popped out of place

My radio powers on and the power antenna goes up but no sound comes from the speakers no matter how loud I turn it up. Tapes dont work Either how do i go about fixing the problem?
