Boy, that's a tough one because ther were many reasons for that happening, and I'm assuming you're talking one of the older styles of TV's with the three projection tubes. If it is, you'd better just give in and call a repair tech.
If not, and it's a new model like the V500 series, then changes are the lamp has seen better days and needs replacing.

After moving your tv you should let it sit up right for atleast an hour before using it
