I removed my ignition switch with a screwdriver and a power drill. I warn you it damaged the whole system though. I have to start it with a screwdriver now.
You will need to remove the retaining ring at the top of your 1995 Dodge Grand Caravan ignition switch. Slide the ignition switch out and remove the wiring harness. Reverse the process to install the new ignition switch.

If you can tell me were it is I can tell you how to remove and replace it. I'm having a problem with mine and I can't find the d#m% thing. And it may not be the ignition switch if you van isn't starting it may be the neutral safety switch.
