Hi, the 323ci (2,5L engine) is 170BHP. the 325ci (2.5L engine) is 189 BHP
Depending on your problem it may be a serviceable part, however if your issue has anything to do with you clutch plate or fly wheel then no- it is not adjustable. Most of the major components of your clutch (fly wheel, clutch plate, throwout bearing are serviced when clutch is or needs to be replaced because in order to access these parts you must remove the transmission.
The cabin air filter on a 2000 BMW 323ci is located under the glove compartment. It filters air which enters and is circulated through the passenger compartment.
yes, just use the same weight oil
170 hp, thats not a real bmw don't waste your money on it
Yes, E36 and E46 wheels can be interchanged.

In a 2000 BMW 323ci, it takes just under 7 quarts. If you use exactly 7 quarts, it will be a little much.
My data is showing 3 fuse boxes in the dash area 1 fuse box in the engine bay 1 fuse box in the load area
I have 1997 slk 230, and it's slightly faster than 2000 323ci, especially after 130-140 kph. Both cars have manual tranny.
Remove cover on top of engine that says bmw. should have little covers that you pop off with a screw driver to get to the bolts holding the cover. Once removed, there are individual coils for each plug that must be removed to get to the sparkplugs. Should be a pretty easy job.
put in the stock radio, does your car start, if it does then its the radio causing the problem, if not then more problems then the radio. if it does start with the stock radio in i would think the aftermarket radio is causing some kind of fault in the car, perhaps the radio is sending a faulty message in the i-bus telling the car not to start. i would jump out any bus wires so they are not routed through the aftermarket radio and see what happens. good luck.
