Try replacing fuse 22 in the power distribution box next to the battery.
Check the fuses on the car, or the signal bulbs.

Either hand signal or check and replace your fuses and turn signal bulbs.
Replace the signal flasher relay assuming you have physically seen front and rear, left and right signal bulbs flash.
Check the wiring for damage or grounding problems and thoroughly examine the trailer plug if you have one. If you can't find any problems there, check the turn signal switch.

Could be the bulbs or the fuses or the flashers or the signal switch assembly
