Drawer exteriors must be labeled with enough info.
Hanging folders are never labeled.
Drawers follow the same order as your file plan.
folders must have guide cards & disposition control labels for each series.

Hi, Select any folder right click on that folder choose properities and select cutomize tab and select the folder picture choose the picture file and apply.
