Shiny Dittos will not transform to a shiny sprite to its opponent.But if it transformes into a shiny pokemon, the transformed ditto becomes the shiny pokemon, not the normal pokemon.Ex: Red Gyrados vs DittoIf ditto uses transform, it will turn into a Red Gyrados.When the battle ends, the ditto will not be shiny.But in Gen. 2, I think it does turn shiny if you catch the transformed ditto...
