Being as most blueberry pies I've cooked had sugar added, they'd go bad in a day or two... depending on the temperature. Bacteria LOVE sugar! My pies would start to mold in no more than two days at about 70 degrees... keeping them in the fridge after they had been served and cooled helped them last (and taste!) as fresh-baked until they were completely eaten, usually 3 to 4 days (at the most!). Something my family likes is to take a slice of blueberry pie from the fridge, heat in microwave for one to one and one half minutes and put a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream on top! Yum!
if you you want to refrigerate an apple pie you can only leave it in the fridge for a few days or it gets mouldy
only if u want to keep it fresh longer, cold, or if there are dairy products in it.
