The has been Rugby union (15 aside) in the Olympics however , it was noted that players were not able to recover from injuries
in the time span required between games (every 2 days) therefore the Olympic committee dropped that game. however, they are looking at the 7s as the squads are bigger and there is less body contact to recover from.
