Well I dont live in Alabama. But in my opinion. I feel it is. If a company deductes anything from your paycheck. They have to state on the stub what it is for and how much was taken. If the company says they are deducting said amount for this reason and later it becomes apparent that they are not putting your money twords that reason. They are basicly stealing from you. Your money. Your hard work. If a deduction is not being put to its use then it should stay in your paycheck. Period. Thats just my opinion. :-)
