NONE. There is really no reason for Syrian Refugees to go to Afghanistan. Afghanistan is not near to Syria and getting there would be nearly impossible given the physical location of Islamic State, the borders between Kurdistan and Turkey, and numerous other intervening countries. Afghans do not speak Arabic; they speak Dari, Pashto, Uzbek, and Turkmen. Afghanistan has no governmental infrastructure to take care of refugees. Afghanistan is embroiled in its own struggle with the Taliban that has resulted in its own refugee exodus. It is not even on their radar.

NO. Libya is probably the largest generator of refugees other than Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Libya is currently in a Second Civil War, so a combination of economic refugees (leaving for a better job in Europe) and war refugees (fleeing violence) are leaving Libya. Last I checked, it was at the rate of roughly 8,500 Libyans per month, but the rates have likely risen.

There are currently thousands of refugees attempting to flee Syria. Many countries has expressed willingness to accept refugees from the conflict including NATO countries and some muslim countries.

YES. Europe did accept refugees from Syria for decades, but very few Syrians made it out of Syria since the Assads would have their armies shoot people who made an illegal crossing. Since Assad can no longer do this and the situation in Syria has substantially deteriorated, hundreds of thousands of Syrians are coming to Europe (instead of the small trickle from before).
