Depends on the driver and how the car was treated. It's possible.
I live in Kansas City and paid about $800 for a new clutch, installed, on my 1990 Celica GTS.
At least the slave cylinder. The clutch master cylinder can be replaced at any time.
The cost to replace the clutch on a 1993 Toyota Celica will vary depending on labor and part costs. The clutch for the vehicle costs approximately $67.63 in some stores.
Yes
yes if u change the clutch and cam shaft
Make sure clutch, pressure plate, and throw-out bearing are all in alignment
It can run between $160 and $250+ to replace the clutch on this car. It depends on the part price, and the charges for the person replacing the clutch.
Are you replacing a whole clutch or just the clutch plates?
That's pretty much a given with changing any clutch or torque converter.
The 2000 Celica clutch and brake fluids share a common reservoir. That's why you only see what appears to be a brake fluid reservoir under the hood. This design makes sense, since the brake and the clutch use the same type of fluid.
about $900.00 at a garage
If your replacing the clutch you shouldn't need to bleed anything. But you probly should adjust it, I'm prety sure the 86 has a cable clutch, which is easy to adjust. if you happen to have a hydrolic clutch you should bleed it just to make sure.
