YEH! y should the driving age b raised 2 21??? i mean it should be raised but not to 21!!! i think that 15 year olds are mature enough to understand. Graduated licensing is becoming more prevalent in many countries and it is working. Having new drivers of any age gain experience while under stricter rules about the responsibilities while in the care of a motor vehicle seems to be reducing the number of accidents and deaths. Zero tolerance for drinking and driving and limiting the number of passengers in the care of less experienced drivers.
