Should you count calories or grams of fat if dieting?

Keep an eye on the calories and avoid transfat, hydrogenated (solid) fats and saturated fat as much as you can. Limited fats from UNPROCESSED meats and cheeses that are in your 3-6 oz servings, and polyunsaturated fats in limited amounts are ok. Watch the sugar and high fructose corn syrup that are in low fat products.
