Yes, you can eat before an exercise, but make sure it is a small portion and is healthy. You wouldn't want to go eat a cake or chips and then go work out. But salad, fruits, etc. are fine. But just so you don't get a side ache maybe wait 30 min MAX. you don't need to wait that long though, but somewhere around there. Hope this helped:]
Depends on what you're after.
Exercising before breakfast will force your body to use fat as fuel, as all easier sources have already been used up during the night.
So it's "good" if fat/weight loss is your main concern.
But turning fat into muscle fuel is a slower process than turning food into muscle fuel, so it's "bad" if you want a real intense workout to gain speed/strength.

Because you haven't eaten since before you went to sleep, you need some energy to keep you going through your exercising. However, you should never work out on a full stomach, because your digestive system shuts down partially while you work out. So, have a light healthy snack, like a piece of fruit or an energy bar, and then eat a real breakfast after you are done exercising.
do not eat right befor you go for a jog. eat domething light (like a banana or half a bagal) around 15-30 min befor and you should be fine. if you are going on a long run i suggest that you consume a product called "Gu" befor you run and while you are running. they have around 100 calories and will help keep your electrolytes up. One ofther thing i sugges is that you drink "Cyto-Max" (made by Cyto-Sport) instead of gaterade. it dose the same thing for you as gaterade but is somewhat better for you. you can find both of these products at GNC.
No you should eat after you exercise because your food is not fully digested and if u exercise before yu could get a stomach ake
Yes and No, Yes to get energy from and no losing the weight you just put on by eating.
You are suppose to eat after you exercise.
Water. Water. And only water.
No it can make you throw up, or feel lazy. Try not to eat any later than an hour before you exercise.
You will obviously have less energy. I have experimented the effects of eating and not eating before exercise. I concluded that when I have something to eat before exercise (not necessarily right before exercise) I am able to run for a longer period than when I do not consume anything.
because when you eat before exercise , it may cause you to throw up . you will not burn fat , you are INCREASING your motabolism .
you should always eat before a workout. but i guess that it depends what kinda workout your talking about... if your talking about weightlifting then YES!!! bc the body needs the energy for it
no. unless you wait for a little for your food to settle.
One should wait at least one hour after eating to exercise. Allowing your body to digest the food before working out can prevent nausea during intense exercise.
hmmm what do you think?
Cereal and a nutrition bar
