That is totally up to you .if it were i would keep my baby. i also think if you are old enough to make the decison to lay with someone and create this baby you should take care of it. do not even consider abortion. it causes a lot of mental and psycological problems later in life. Hopefully you have a lot of family support. You will need it. I was 16 when i got pregnant and 17 when i gave birth it was a real experience but it was all worth it . I love my little girl who is 2 now. she is my world and i am still with her father when have actually been together for 5 years and have been married for 1 year. Just remember everything happens for a reason. God had a reason for you to get pregnant right now you don;t know why and may never know. But just pray about it and talk to your family and if you have a lot of support it will be great it will be hard don;t get me wrong but it will be worth it.
