Just take the concealer/foundationm makeup and dap it on with your finger; then blend the makeup into your skin with your finger. Then after these steps are finished you should have a flawless looking face :)
Concealer really isn't strong enough to cover scabs. You need a corrective product like Dermablend or Covermark.
But whatever you use, choose a product that's between one and three shades lighter than your skintone. Apply moisturizer first. Then put the product on the scab. Use a concealer brush (Target has them) to feather the edges into your skintone. Let it sit for about a minute to dry, then apply foundation over it.
Seriously, though, scabs are very hard to cover effectively. No matter what you do, you're going to look, up close, like you've got a scab with makeup on it. You can blend it in so it looks okay at a distance, but from arm's length the scab's going to look like a covered scab. Sorry.
No, you should not put concealer on scabs. The reason being is because it could possibly get infected as well as it wont have any time to heal. You have to give it time to heal in order for it to get better. Sorry:( I hope this answer helped you though!
Concealer is sort of priming the face. If you have circles under your eyes or a blemish you put the concealer on them, blend a little and then, apply foundation. I use MAC concealer and a q-tip to smooth it out.
Concealer is way too heavy to put over your whole face. I would say no, don't use it as primer.
You should not pick the scabs from impetigo, but if any yellow crust has formed overnight, you should remove it.
you peel them off and when you do this you put the scabs on a fry pan and cook them up that's good eaten right there man yup
You should put on some concealer, and a little bit of foundation. Maybe some eyeshadow which is either a few shades lighter or darker than your skin tone.
No, it is not a good idea. The water softens the scabs, and if there are any unhealthy microbes in the water, they have an entry way into your body.
The best way to match concealer to skin tone is to go to store with sample and try several different shades. They should be applied to the jawline, just below the ear. Then the colors should be examined in natural light. The perfect concealer should be just a shade lighter than the color of the skin.
You should see a dermatologist.
Where I live, and I'm pretty sure where you live too, they sell a cosmetic called 'green concealer'. It is a bright green colour which you put over your spots, and it fades out all the redness in your spot once you rub it in gently. Then you just put a skin coloured concealer over the top of where you put the green concealer. They don't cost an arm and a leg, where I live, good ones cost roughly $4.00-5.00.
I recomend Rimmel's Anti-Fatigue Concealer. Heres a trick I use -Get your conceler (coverup) and a orange lipstickdap a small amout of orange lipstick on the area where the dark circles are dont use to much or it wont workthen, get your concealer and put it on top of the orange lipstick. If you do this correctly you will be left with NOdark circles what-so ever.
It really depends on what type of foundation you're using. If you're using liquid, apply concealer after. If using cream, the order is optional. If using powder, concealer goes on first.
