For a guy, yes, because boxer briefs will cause ingrown hair.
For a girl, no. Shaving will NOT make the hair grow back thicker and/or more quickly. That is a total old wives' tale. I've been shaving my legs since I was 10 -- nearly 17 years now -- so if that were actually true, I would have to be shaving my legs every 5 minutes by now. The same would be true for most other women, as most of us begin shaving around ages 10 to 13. But after all these years, I still don't need to shave more than a couple times a week.
However, the hair on your thighs grows in different directions (especially on the back of the thigh) so shaving that area is tricky. Often you get ingrown hairs or infected hair follicles. Which is why many women choose to wax instead. But there's nothing wrong with shaving; it works, it can be done in 10 minutes at the spur of the moment, and it's nowhere near as painful, complicated, messy, and expensive as waxing.
No, it is perfectly normal to shave up to the knee, unless you have a so visible thigh hair so you can see the line above the knee if you stop shaving there.
Remember that you can always start shaving everywhere you see hair you don't want, but it has to be your choice. It is bad to be stuck shaving a body part you felt forced to shave. Of course a guy can shave his legs. Men can shave any part of their body they choose -- it's a personal decision. Many men shave their legs, armpits, chests, and even arms and pubic hair. Some men even shave it all. It's all "normal" and acceptable.
yes
supplement. The question is 'should you .. .' and Why should you ... .'
You can do but not many people do as hair does not really seem to show on thighs than they do on lower part of leg near shin, Hope this helps :)
If you shave your thigh, the hair will slowly grow back. It's essentially the same process which happens for any other part of your skin that you shave.
only if they are very hairy
Shave your thighs :)
No, because the cookie monster will eat your food.
For me .. I shave my thighs b/c im not use having hair there but arms is different... It's isn't gay but you shouldn't Shave your arms b/c girls like that and it give you a look where your a man and not just a lil boy ..

In the direction of the hair growth, not against it.
yes they are, not requiired but most do.

We Can Shave everywhere where we have hair. It can be Upper Lip, Pubic Hair, Armpits, Arms, Legs, back, ect
Yes! If you didn't the rest of your legs would be all hairy! You can shave just above your knees. If you wear a knee high skirt no one is going to see your thighs. If you shave for your boyfriend then you can but if no one else is going to see it then there really is no need to.
no, it will grow back and be prickley and you may get pimples
No, you are going to keep growing as tall as you are supposed to, but with strong thighs.
There really isn't much difference. Girls shave their legs, thighs, and under their arms. Guys shave their facial hair. Both men and women shave their pubic region by choice but it is typically not standard to do so. Females have a shaved pubic region more so than men do.
