I would say no. If you do wash your hair before applying the mayonnaise you may dry your hair out, and the mayonnaise may not be as effective. This is if you want the mayonnaise to give your hair moisture and body.

∙ 15y ago1st: rinse your hair in the shower 2nd: turn off the shower then put in mayonnaise 3rd: let stand for 5 minutes WITHOUT getting the hair wet 4th: rinse out, the wash your hair like a normal shower (it takes two times for it to kick in)
