What are the signs of being a demon?

Demonic possession is very rare today but growing rapidly due to people dabling in the occult; spirit contact etc. Before someone can be deemed "demonically possessed" one must rule out a number of factors such such as mental illness and/or emotonial. I believe that demonic possession could be easily mistakened for mental illness, but do some tests. Place water in the victims mouth and cover it with tape. Tell him/her NOT to drink the water. Get some people to hold the person down because things could get out of hand very easily. Do things to make the demon come out. Ask it questions and stuff. If the person could TALK even with WATER and TAPE in his/her mouth, I would consider that possession.

Bring crosses and see if the person freaks out :)

Demons are creatures of spirit. Specifically evil or malevolent spirits with no corporeal state and being immortal.

Humans are creatures of bone and flesh, will and spirit. They are very much of this world and have a finite life span (mortal).

Unless you are an incorporeal spirit being, you are not a demon.

The dogma of some spiritual paths would suggest, the sole purpose of a demon is to temp humankind into the path of evil, thus endangering their immortal soul.

There is also some belief that a demon spirit may enter the body of a person and overpower or chase out their own spirit.

This is what is commonly known as possession. Exorcism is the ritualized casting out of such demons. However there is no doctrine I know of that says anything about a human becoming a demon.

The human condition includes the capacity for much good as well as much evil, however, it is within each person to choose to follow their own path (good, evil, or somewhere in between). It is call "free will" and is what separates us from the common beasts.

weird things happen to you around you and most every one around you can feel it. They will turn on and off lights move things can touch you leave marks and bruises on you or people around you they will torment you with bad thoughts such as suicide and try to tell you you'v done things you may have not done and throw every bad thing you have done in your face they will talk and scream at you like if you hear voices and they are not there odds are it was a demon or some type of spirit even if it sounds like a familiar voice like a family member or spouse and demons can and will imitate their voices and they can get in your mind ad read it so if you hearing voices of people who have died it doesn't mean that them it means that the demon may be trying to imitate them to torment you with horrible thoughts oh yeah they will also give you a constant feeling of depression hurt hopelessness and some time even illness and most of all remember one thing you can make them leave if you know what your doing i don't recommend if you know your not strong enough to do so i would call a preacher or some one in higher controlled and has had experience with this type of thing if you have one and want to get rid of it show no fear stand up open the windows or doors hold that head high and you scream at it with a demanding voice and say i rebuke you in the name of Jesus and if you need help contact me @ spirits_of_broken_time @ Yahoo.com no capital letters and make sure to include all of the under scores.

You don't feel like yourself. Usually the case of demons tracking you down is because they wish to infiltrate your body and eventually destroy your soul so they may have a body of their own. >_> If this does happen, you will begin to feel like your not the same person. Like you judge if it is really you anymore.

If you are asking this question because this is happening to you, you need to do either two things.

1) Contact the nearest ancient or supernatural being who is capable of destroying demons/is talented in the occult.

2) If you are more involved in the supernatural and know your way pretty well around this, and if you have a spiritual sword. Focuse your energy. Like you are actually going up to it and stab it through its being. Depending on how powerful it is, you might have to cut it up a few times. If you do not know what the hell I'm talking about, stick with option one. >_>

If this truly is the case and you are being followed, do not contemplate if they are good and don't deserve to die. To be blunt, all of the are worthless scum who in the end will only attempt to destroy you. I would know.

If demons and angels had the time to stalk us then Heaven and Hell would overflow. Demons don't come in our world, unless for fun in which case they come incarnated in humans, being born and everything... Same thing with angels. Besides that you are here to evolve, learn, understand and above all you already have a demon and an angel next to you. The angel protects you from overwhelming good while the demon protects you from overwhelming evil... and a demon stalking you would enter in the category of overwhelming evil... The sensation of being stalked comes from stress, overwork, possible self inflicted mind illusions and if it's not that then maybe there's a human/animal stalking you. Animals tend to stick around humans among near whom they feel safe, and loved, while humans... well lets just say they are bad at expressing themselves or just have some problems. IF its the later (human stalking) then go for the police, might help. If its demon don't worry. The more you think it is the more it isn't there and the more psychic damage you will be dealing to yourself. Just relax and think nothing is there.

Demonic Possesion is differing on belief, some beliefs even denying demons or spirits that follow or are able to make contact with you.

Usually it can be most of the time summarized by emotional feelings or preminitions that the person may perceive in what they believe.

The evil spirit is that calls you to kill, steal, commit adultery, gaze at opposite sex figures, not to give charity, not to pray for God, not to go to worship house, not to read the holy book, ......
