Try usingtweezersand mini scissors.
Don't the slit toward the end of your eyebrow, just over half way or where ever you want it.
If you can't use tweezers use and electric shaver. Use a dabbing motion in the area you want a slit.

∙ 12y agoA common means is to use a razor blade, then carefully use it to carve a thin vertical line in the eyebrow. I believe an electric razor would be easier to manipulate for this purpose.
