u cannot transfer music or any kind of data from your PC to CD/DVD. But actually u Can burn them using Nero. Burning is a process where the data is written on the CD. once burned, it cannot be erased unless it is a CD-RW or DVD-RW!
I use something like Nero or you could search into Google for software I'm afraid most is paid but you can get free TRIAL software hope it helped
i think you need to buy a cord.
go to iTunes, register your iPhone, and sync it.
Usually it is fine to rip music off of a CD, unless there are any copyright issues with the CD. If there isn't any copyright issues with the CD, then it is fine as long as you don't then share the music illegally on the internet.
Actually, there are several ways to transfer iPhone music to iTunes. The best way I know is to use a third-party app such as this one (copytrans.net) if you run a PC or this one (xtremsoft.com) if you are on Mac. You will find further info on this interesting blog: http://ipodtocomputer.blogspot.com

One way is you could copy the CD music into an MP3 format on a PC, then transfer it via USB cable from PC to the Nexus 7. Another way is having the MP3 copy uploaded to Google Music. Then, you can play that CD music streaming on a Nexus 7 (or any device regardless of platform), or if you're not connected, you can configure it to be played in offline mode.
You need a cable to connect the phone to the computer. Then, you should follow a few steps and you're ready. You can now transfer music, pictures, other files etc. from your Galaxy Nexus into your PC

To transfer music from a PC to an MP3 player, connect the MP3 player to your PC via a USB cable. Locate the music files you wish to transfer on your computer, right click on a song and choose the Move option. Then open the MP3 folder, right click and choose the Paste option.
An audio cassette has the music on it recorded in an analogue format, while a CD records information in a digital format. Thus in order to transfer the music from the cassette to the CD it is necessary to play the music on the cassette into a machine that will sample the sound and convert it into a numeric (digital) form, this is called analogue to digital conversion. It would be possible to build a machine to do this, but most of the 'off the shelf' technology to do this is now sold as computer components (boards to fit into a PC). Thus, depending on how many cassettes you want to transcribe you have two options # Use a company to do this for you (if you have only a few cassettes) # Go to a shop and purchase a PC - tell the store what you want to do and they will configure the PC for you (if you have a lot of cassettes) Look at the links I will place below
