This would be a development from a career plan. We have all seen the hireachy of needs and in order to achieve it we still have a lot of work to do once we have a job. That mainly is to take it into account when managing our life. The needs, and the enjoyment.

If you manage your career effectively you should increase your salary by 40K every 8 years in order to do so you must become a specialist in your field.

The ability to strategize your field is to understand your occupation, field and potentially industry and then to develop only one of these using a specific skill set that you designed.
