You have to be careful with "querer" when you are using it with a person. "te quiero" literally means "I want you", but idiomatically it is translated as "I love you." Usually, if you are using "querer" to make a request of someone, it would be in the subjunctive. Quiero que estés en mi cama ahora." Roughly, "I want you in my bed now."
