It is possible to buy condoms at any age no matter how old you are although it is always better to be abstinent. If you are not sexually active, good for you, you are one of a number of young adults who are making the promise. The promise is a promise to yourself that you will not have sex until you are married. You can be sure you won't get pregnant or get someone pregnant and you will not contract HIV or an STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) from sexual activity.
