I have googled it and they say 127-159 according to the body mass index. But ... Muscle weighs more than fat ... however it takes up less space! For every pound of muscle you have your body needs to burn an extra 50 calories to maintain it self. Also, when you do a muscle building work out, your muscles burn calories for up to 48 hours repairing. Eat healthy real food and exercise. depends on build. measure ur wrist. if it is 7 inches the ur ideal weight is 166, below 7 in. it is 150, above 7 in. is 182. Remember eat right and excersice don't starve ur self. And everyone is different it is only an ideal weight
