Hope this points someone on right pathI have the same problem, I have narrowed it down to a problem inside the driver's door panel. If I leave the window down just a crack it quits, if I lightly let my knee rest against the door panel it starts doing it again and the "driver's door ajar" light comes on on the center console. Pull the door lightly toward the inside of the car and it quits.

Sometimes when it is parked the security horn and lights start blowing and blinking. It is very cold here and no garage so when it warms up a bit I am going to pull the door panel off and see what is loose, broken or what the problem and will get back here.

I took the door panel off but could not find any kind of problem. Then I discovered the door light button on the door post at the back of the door and I loosened the two torx screws and adjusted the latch on the door post toward the inside to make the door shut tighter and it cured the problem.
