Port is nothing but physical ports that means the cables are connected physically. For Instance : There are 24 ports in the switch, which means 24 physicall cables can be connected. Interface is nothing but the an interface that means GUI interface. For Instance : There is an ADSM interface in the PIX ASA box where we can do the configuration in the GUI interface.
