If the CEL is not flashing-it's probably ok to drive. If the CEL is flahing - it's probably not ok.

yes but if your motor starts running too cold and it will affect your emissions and you will have poor gas mileage engines today has to run at a specific temperature for the emissions control systems to work properly and it does cause other problems

NO,NO it will only fit on one way.If your steering wheel is not straight then you have front end problems are you need to have it lined up at a front end shop.

I would not recommend it unless you are mechanically advanced because certain vacuum lines are not emissions related such as the brake booster and distributor advance some lines control carburetor functions such as opening secondaries and pulling your choke open. Also, some emissions components will get stuck open causing problems. the EGR valve for one if stuck open will cause a rush of exhaust gas into your intake manifold and cause your engine to shut off or to idle roughly and emit plums of black smoke.

Solar panels produce electricity from the sun's rays without any harmful carbon emissions which are causing global warming. This should be reason enough. The more solar panels there are the less need there is for burning of fossil fuels.
