The first organisms on life were supposedly (scientifically) single cell organisms. We have a couple hundred billion lying around modern day.
Some of Earth's first organisms were similar to today's bacteria.
Some organisms were very similar as they were billions of years ago to todays organisms. However some are very different. For example crocodiles have not evolved at all in the millions of years they have been around but other organisms such as plants have evolved more. Some plants change there leaves to fit the certain ecosystems. Desert plants have small leaves to prevent moisture from evaporating as tropical plants have big leaves to catch some sun which manages to come through the thick canopy. There are also ancient prokaryotes called Archea, they are extremophiles and have barely changed throughout time, they live in extreme environments like hydro-thermal vents, and even in the harsh conditions of Venus.
Stromatolites
Some of Earth's earliest organisms were much like today's bacteria.

This question depends on what you mean by, "Living creature." The first single celled organisms predated bacterium and their DNA most likely contained only the most basic design. These creatures later helped form an atmosphere of CO2 and O2, paving the way for larger Oxygen-reliant organisms.
Archeo-bacteria
That depends on which organism. Generally, an organism is more complicated than an organ, but if the organism is unicellular (has one cell) then it could be more simple. Since one celled organisms don't have individual organs, then the anwer is that organisms are more complicated than organs.
The earliest organism in Earth's fossil record that qualifies as an "animal" is likely a 760 million year old microscopic sponge Otavia antiqua discovered in African rock.
Cyanobacteria. was a late arrival. No one know what the first cells were nor do we understand their chemistry, but the most likely candidates were self reproducing proteins (like prions) somehow bound together.

Bacteria.
They are microorganisms.
microbes were the first inhabitants of earth. they are single-celled organisms; bacteria, fungi and protozoa. (: and Simple prokaryotes

Protists
This topic is debated but here is the most likely cause: Those organisms reproduced and created more organisms. Over time the organisms changed (due to the Earth changing). The organisms reproduced with other organisms and created a new species. After millions of years, creatures like wolves and humans now exist. Hope I helped

Archaea and Bacteria
Organisms were first created in the water because the earth's land was never created yet. Water organisms have been the first organisms on earth and it says so in the begining of the bible too. Organisms were created in water because there was no land yet for them to be created on.
