You may want to try applying some lubrication to the glans (head) of your penis and your foreskin before putting a condom on. If you continue to experience pain, you should see a doctor.
In circumcision of infants, the foreskin is pulled tightly into a specially designed clamp, and the foreskin pulls away from the broadened tip of the penis. Pressure from the clamp stops bleeding from blood vessels that supplied the foreskin
it hurts
yes there is a chance that you can become pregnant from you partner pulling out without a condom
In many cases the foreskin reaches past the glans of the penis so where it is cut away the penis becomes shorter by whatever the extended length of the foreskin is. However what can happen at times is that there is to much skin torn away from the infants glans and then cut of to be sown together again. this cause the skin around the shaft of the penis to not be long enough when there is an erection which in turn holds it back and or pulls hairy skin up the shaft of the penis
That would depend on how much of the foreskin is cut of for starters you have to understand that the skin that cover the penis starts at the base and directly covers the shaft (the shaft skin) until it reaches to just behind the glans. After that it becomes lose from the penis starting with the section that is called the outer foreskin, This is the skin that you see from the outside covering the glans. then at the end of the outer foreskin at the tip of the penis you will find the ridged frenar band this is the part of the foreskin that pulls the foreskin in around the glans the frenar band is also the area where the erogenous nerve ending finish, After the frenar band the foreskin doubles bac under itself and at this point gains a fine cover of mucosal tissue where it is in contact with the mucosal tissue of the Glans this tissue reduces the need for lubricants both during sexual intercourse and masturbation the inner fore skin goes a small distance past the sulcus (where the glans join the shaft of the penis) the result is that an intact penis looks like it has the same skin from base to tip with the foreskin fitting snugly over the glans until it closes or nearly closes at the end. A partial circumcision would mean that the frenar band would be removed along with the associated nerves. And without the nerves there would be a lot of sensation lost. Then without the effect of the frenar band pulling the end of the foreskin together you would have a loose tube of skin hanging there that would retract or not as the situation at the time dictates. ..
It's all individual but there's always pre-cum that comes before he pulls out so always use a condom.
can i look at your penis please
That is called masturbation. both men and women are able to experience orgasm, which is an intense feeling of pleasure that follows sexual stimulation. it lasts for a few moments but many people feel there is no other pleasure like it. In men the glans penis that is the tip of the penis and the foreskin are very rich in the nerves that when stimulated cause orgasm to take place. When a man pulls the foreskin back and forth over the glans penis it stimulates these nerves until after a period of time that can vary orgasm takes place, when that happen a man also ejaculates sperm carrying semen from the urethra which is at the end of his penis. the corresponding equipment for a woman is at the point where the labia minora meat over the top of the vagina ans is known as the clitoris and clitoral hood.

possibly, the outside of the condom is fine and clean but if the inside of it lets some semen into your vagina then you might get pregnant, your probably fine though this is highly unlikely
It's when the man pulls his penis out of the woman's vagina before he can ejaculate.
