Noble gases are non-reactive due to their stability. The outer most shell shoud have 8 electrons to be stable and all the elements in the eighth group have 8 electrons in their outer most shell so they do not need to take part in chemical reactions to become stable THAT is why they are non reactive!

Noble gases are generally inert because their atoms have completely filled shells

and thus they stable electronic configuration. This is the reaction that they are generally

non-reactive and inert. However, krypton and xenon react in specific conditions.

What do most atoms undergo combining in ways that cause their atoms to become more?

Most atoms tend to undergo chemical reactions combining in ways that cause their atoms to become more stable

What are atoms that are involved in bonding are called?

Almost all elements are capable of some kind of chemical bond; they could be called reactive elements since they undergo chemical reactions. Those which do not undergo chemical reactions are said to be inert.

What are electrons that exist in an atoms highest occupied energy level known as?

Those are known as valance electrons, because they determine the kind of chemical reactions that the atom will undergo.

What atoms are constantly being destroyed and recreated?

Atoms are not constantly being destroyed and recreated. According to the law of conservation of mass, atoms cannot be created or destroyed, only rearranged in chemical reactions. However, the nuclei of some unstable atoms can undergo radioactive decay, releasing particles and energy in the process. These decayed nuclei can be considered as "destroyed" and new atoms can be formed through nuclear reactions.

What parts of atoms interact to form compounds?

All chemical reactions occur because of the exchange of electrons between atoms.

What are created when chemical reactions join atoms?

Bonds are created when chemical reactions join atoms.

When a few atoms undergo fission they cause many more atoms to split this process is called an?

When a few atoms undergo fission, they cause many more atoms to split; this process is called an atomic bomb.

Why does neon Ne rarely form compounds with other element?

Neon is unreactive because its valence shell is completely filled with eight electrons. Atoms undergo chemical reactions and form compounds in order to fill their outermost (valence) energy shell with eight electrons (two for helium, lithium, and beryllium). Having a filled valence shell makes an atom stable.

What happens two monomers when they undergo dehydration synthesis?

Because the atoms removed from the monomers combine to form water.

Atoms of one element change in to atoms of another element during chemical reactions?

During chemical reactions atoms remain unchanged.

Do chemical reactions produce new atoms?

No, only nuclear reactions can.

Do atoms break in reactants?

No. Atoms never, ever break in chemical reactions. Molecules break if you want to see atoms break, look up nuclear reactions
