The rear brakes on my 2000 Plymouth breeze is smoking. Changed the wheel bearings and drums and shoes also wheel cylinder was replaced. Shoes were replaced 1wk ago. Can someone help please?

The rubber hose that feeds the wheel cylinder has failed. It is restricted internally.
