The Sims 3 will be coming out 2nd June 2009. It is the sequel to the much loved simulation game The Sims and The Sims 2. You are able to give them unique personalites, and also allow them to walk across the road to see their friend or neighbour. The Family creator has been expanded on this sims and allows you to add highlights to your sims hair, and all sorts of stuff. It is real and it will be coming out.

EDITED : The Sims 3 has come out as well as The Sims 3 World Adventures + The Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff.

Yeah sims 3 will come out 4 da wii! : ) but it didnt come out at the same time as sims 3 4 PC. me and my friends think it will prob come out around Christmas but the relese date is unconfirmed : ( anyway it is defenatly coming out 4 wii. so you can relax now!!! : ) hope i helped!

Good news is... YES! Sims 3 is now available on the computer. you can buy it from any games stores/ supermarkets / eBay etc. i haven't actually played this game myself yet but many people have told me it is a good game and it's been upgraded and theirs more things to do on it.

The Sims 2 is good for things like barbecuing & eating babies, and many other crazy things.

The Sims 3 is good if you want better quality, graphics, etc.

My own choice is The Sims 3.

hi! first of all make sure that the custom content is made for the correct age group, for example a teen can't wear something made for a young adult. Also, you should make sure that you have restarted the game. Also, sometimes there are glitches with custom content and bad sites might not have custom content show up. My favorite site for custom content is the sims resource. This site has a lot of ads, so make sure you stay on the same page and read comments before you download something. There is also a possibility that if it was a ZIP file that you didn't open it, make sure that it is in the mods folder and that it is only one folder deep into the mods folder. Make sure that you didn't rename the file, only the folders can be renamed, and also make sure that it is a document type. Double check that custom content is on and it should work. Hope I helped :)

It is a more updated version of the sims 2. Some say the graphics on it are better. It allows more freedom for the sims.

The most recent expansion pack for the sims 3 that has been released so far is Supernatural. Seasons will be out in or around November 2012.
