The Epididymis in the testes is connected to the Ejaculatory Duct (very short tube that goes from the point where the Seminal Gland/Vesicle joins to the Prostate) by the Ductus Deferens formerly known as the Vas Deferens. This tube is very long, its course takes if up with the gonadal vascular supply (combined it is called he Spermatic Chord) through the Inguinal Cannal, over the top of the bladder then back down to the Ampulla. Just at the end of the ampulla the seminal duct joins making the new vessel, the ejaculatory duct.
The tube that connects the epididymis to the ejaculatory duct is the vas deferens.
There are three parts in-between these, which are the L. ductus deferens, the Ampulla of ductus deferens and the Seminal vesicle.
It's called the Vas Deferens (Ductus Deferens)
The tube that connects the epididymis and the ejaculatory duct is the vas deferens. It is the one that is cut in a vasectomy.
The vas deferens.
The vas defrens.

vas deferens
The ductus deferens is part of the vas deferens and connects the epididymis and ejaculatory ducts.
The epididymus leaves the testies and connects ot the Vas Deferens (also called the Ductus Deferens) which attaches to the ejaculatory duct. The ejaculatory duct is a short segment that connects to the urethra.
The vas deferens carries the sperm to the ejaculatory ducts.
The vas deferens (ductus deferens) begins at the epididymis and ends at the ejaculatory duct.
Epididymis > ductus deferens > ejaculatory duct > urethra.
Semen is just seminal fluid plus semen. The path of the semen is: seminal vessicles, epididymis, vas deferens, ejaculatory duct, and urethra. The seminal fluid joins the semen in the ejaculatory duct. So they share the ejaculatory duct and the urethra.
ejaculatory duct
The vas deferens are two, tubes in a male's testicles, that lead from the epididymis to the ejaculatory duct.
The vas deferens does not secrete anything, it just carries the sperm from the epididymis to the ejaculatory duct.
Sperm are made in the testis, carried from the testis to the epididymis via the rete testis, where they undergo further maturation. During ejaculation, sperm travel from the epididymis via the vas deferens, which joins the duct of the seminal vesicle to form the ejaculatory duct. The ejaculatory duct passes through the prostate, and joins the urethra. Sperm exit the body via the urethra. Source: wikipedia.
