Firstly, "you" don't do anything.
The relationship at the heart of the problem is the one between her and her boyfriend. She will either have to break it off with him, or not say anything and stop seeing him. That's the 'easy' way out but not the best, or nicest way to end the relationship.
After that it is up to her to let you know that she wants to start going out with you.
