Maybe she wanted you to bust a move or ask her out or something like that. But she was scared and to shy to ask you out, so maybe she was smiling at you so that you would think she likes you so you would ask her out and she wouldn't have to. But you didn't answer her in time so she just moved on. But don't fret. Anyway if you really want her, all you have to do is go get her. It may be hard to say but if she says yes, then you'll be glad you asked.
