Without other information such as movesets, natures, EV spreads, abilities, etc. It is impossible to tell how good your team truly is; however, based solely upon your pokemon, one can say that your team is fairly viable. A few problems if you're planning on competitively battling with said team are as follows

• Garchomp is considered Uber tiered meaning that you cannot use it in "regular" battles
• Lapras and Spiritomb are Underused meaning that they aren't as strong as many other pokemon you can use.

If you're just planning on battling with friends, here are a few tips to improve your team.

• Getting a pokemon that can set up sandstorm will make your garchomp stronger (Sand Veil). Pokemon such as Tyrannitar or Hippowdon can set up permanent sandstorm without using a turn.
• 3 of your 6 pokemon have a fighting weakness. You can patch this easily by replacing your lapras with a stronger water type pokemon such as Starmie or Vaporeon.
• Although spiritomb doesn't have any weaknesses, it has very few strengths and very little power. Replacing it with a Gengar will keep your free switch-ins to fighting, give you a switch-in for ground moves, keep your ghost type, and give you many more offensive options.
