This is normal. Even though your relationship is over does not mean your feelings are gone yet. This will take time, but you have to be wiling to forget about him. If you still keep him in your mind you will never forget about him. Now, just try to always stay busy or spend more time with your husband. If your spending time with your husband your less likely to think about your ex.
