2 cams are at 12 o clock, crankshaft at 12 o clock and second belt timing mark is 12 o clock. Aline cams with marks on head, you will have to take the harmonic balancer off and large washer off to see the crankshaft mark on engine block to line it up with gear. Same with the secondary belt.
