The panel does Not need to be removed to install a new handle. Look for a tiny round cap in the center of the handle. Remove it, and remove the Philips screw behind it. Push the handle bezel forward to unhook it from the door. Unplug the power window switch connector. Use a flat head screwdriver to carefully push the plastic clip off of the rod. The handle is now free.
When I tried to install handle I can open it from the inside of car however, when I install the linkage I can only open it from the out side. I tried many times to adjust linkage but got same results.

There is a retaining clip that has to be removed from behind the handle for it to come off. Your auto parts store can sell you an inexpensive tool to do that job without damaging the handle and door panel, probably for less than $10.
