Jews, Christians and Muslims all believe Abraham to have been the one figure of ancient times from which they can trace their common heritage. For this reason, Judaism, Christianity and Islam are sometimes referred to as Abrahamic religions.
The person that all three religions have in common in their lineage is Abraham, but he did not found any of the these three religions. For Islam, the founder is Mohammed, for Judaism, it is Moses, and for Christianity it would be Jesus Christ.
Based on my readings, the person who has the trace of origin of Judaism and Christianity was Isaac, the son of Abraham, who was one of the forefathers of Judaism and Christianity. On the other hand, in Islam, Ishmael is the person who has the trace of origin, who was also the illegitimate son of Abraham.
Both Jews and Muslims trace themselves to Abraham. Mohammed and the Arabs through Abraham's son Ishmael, and the Jews through Abraham's son Isaac (Genesis 25).

The question should be " What does Christianity have to do with Jews (or Judaism)?" Judaism is like a tree where Christianity is its branch and Islam is it leaves. Christianity is based on Judaism and Islam is based on Christianity. The major difference between the three is that Judaism doesn't have jesus in it unlike Christianity and Islam.
