Why the 0 and 1 are binary numbers?
The term binary means based on two numbers only. It would be possible to use any two numbers for a binary system, however, since 0 and 1 are the first two numerals, it was considered reasonable to use those. It could just as easily have been 1 and 2. The advantage of a binary system is that it is easily converted to an electrical circuit state; one number means on, the other number means off. That makes it useful for computers, which are based on electrical circuits.

Why octal and hexadecimal numbers use extensively by computers' specialists?
Octal and hexadecimal numbers are used extensively by computer specialists because octal and hexadecimal are easily converted to and from binary. You simply group the binary bits into groups of 3 or 4 and then convert that group into octal or hexadecimal, or you convert the octal or hexadecimal digit into a group of 3 or 4 binary bits. With practice, you can do this at sight.

Why is a binary code suitable with computers?
Binary code suitable for computers because computer is an electronic device that's why it can understand only electrical signals. In binary language all type of data is represented in the form of 0's and 1's stream, that can be converted easily into electrical signals because electrical signals also have two states we can say these states are off or on state, high or low so this can be converted in the form of 0's and 1's stream. Here 0 is known as off state and 1 is known as on state generally.

Why you convert binary number system to hexadecimal number system?
The hexadecimal system is a base 16 system, just as binary is base 2 and decimal is base 10. The same way that a binary system is more practical for hardware and software implications, hexadecimal is great for easy viewing of binary numbers. It's a lot easier, in the opinion of most, to look at 1FE4 than it is to get the same information as quickly from 0001111111100100. Hexadecimal numbers can also be easily converted to the seven segment display commonly used on electric signs and scoreboards to display numbers and some letters.

Why you are use octal number system and hexadecimal number system in place of binary number system?
The octal and hexedecimal numbering system allows you to specify the contents of an object with fewer characters, making it easier to read and write the values. An example is 0001001000110100 is 123416 or 110648. It is also 466010 but that requires a non-trivial conversion, something you can not easily do by sight.
